Job Title: Certified Public Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Analyze financial information to assist in decision-making
• Provide tax planning and preparation services
• Conduct audits and resolve any accounting discrepancies
• Assist clients with financial management and planning
• Stay up-to-date on current accounting trends and laws

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

Job Title: Tax Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Provide tax planning and advice to clients
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
• Assist clients with IRS audits and inquiries
• Stay informed on changes in tax laws and regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Work closely with other members of the accounting team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous experience in tax preparation and planning
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• CPA certification is a plus
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Title: Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with payroll processing and tax reporting
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with audits and financial analysis
• Provide support to senior accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
