1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook food according to El Barrote’s recipes and standards
• Ensure food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations

2. Server

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely fashion
• Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive dining experience

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, hardworking, and team-oriented. To be successful in these positions, you must have:

For Line Cook:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

For Server:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working in a restaurant or similar setting
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
