Position: Clinic Manager

Job Description:

Next Level Urgent Care Tanglewood is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that quality patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Monitor patient flow and ensure timely delivery of care
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
