Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Drilling & Boring Contractors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drilling operations and a proven track record of success in the oil and gas industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing drilling projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate drilling operations, including site preparation, equipment setup, and well completion
• Supervise drilling crews and ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations
• Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as needed to optimize performance
• Maintain accurate records of daily drilling activities, including depth, volume, and geological data
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during drilling operations and implement solutions
• Communicate regularly with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operations
• Strong technical knowledge of drilling equipment and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel to remote drilling sites as needed
