Position: Early Childhood Educator

We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators to join our team at Artistic Minds Early Learning Academy. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 0-5 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a curriculum that promotes creativity, social skills, and cognitive development
• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress, and communicate with parents
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Early Childhood Education diploma or certificate preferred
• Previous experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
