Job Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy
• Consult with clients to determine their specific massage needs
• Create a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in massage rooms
• Promote and recommend other spa services and products to clients

Qualifications

• Valid state license and certification as a massage therapist
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional spa setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Possess a positive and professional attitude

Hiatus Spa + Retreat is also looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our busy day spa. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming phone calls and book appointments
• Handle payment transactions and process client paperwork
• Assist with retail sales and promote spa services
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
• Positive and friendly demeanor

• Offer support and motivation to clients throughout their wellness journey
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client experience
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports

Qualifications

• Certification in personal training, nutrition, or a related field
• Previous experience in designing fitness programs for clients
• Strong knowledge of health and fitness principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
