Job Title: Contract Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description:

As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist at Mann Flow Controls Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contract manufacturing projects. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, and managing the production process to meet deadlines and quality standards. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project success
• Monitor and track project progress, and report on key metrics
• Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during production
• Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Provide regular updates and feedback to management on project status
• Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in contract manufacturing or project management
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
