The Vineyard Place Ministry is currently seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team in various roles within our organization. 1. Youth Ministry Coordinator
We are looking for a talented and energetic individual to coordinate our youth ministry programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with young people and helping them to develop their faith and spiritual growth. Responsibilities include organizing youth events, leading youth group meetings, and providing mentorship to young members of our congregation.
- Develop and implement engaging youth programs and activities
- Build relationships with youth members and provide support and guidance
- Work closely with the pastoral team to integrate youth ministry into overall church programming
2. Worship Leader
We are seeking a talented and inspirational Worship Leader to lead our congregation in heartfelt worship experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong musical background and a deep passion for worship and praise. Responsibilities include leading worship services, selecting music, and working with the worship team to create a welcoming and uplifting worship environment.
- Lead congregational singing and music during worship services
- Coordinate with the worship team to plan and execute worship services
- Foster a spirit of unity and reverence during worship gatherings
3. Outreach Coordinator
We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to serve as our Outreach Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a heart for serving others and a desire to make a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities include organizing outreach events, coordinating volunteer efforts, and building relationships with community partners.
- Develop and implement outreach initiatives to support local community members in need
- Recruit and manage volunteers for outreach events and programs
- Cultivate relationships with local organizations and community leaders
