Position: Learning Center Instructor

Job Description

• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students using Lindamoodbell’s research-validated programs
• Assess students’ current skill levels and develop individualized learning plans
• Implement engaging and interactive learning activities to promote student growth
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school personnel to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with students with learning differences, such as dyslexia or ADHD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
