We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Optometrist-OD-Therapy & Visual Training to join our team. Position: Optometrist-OD-Therapy & Visual Training
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and eye health
- Diagnose and treat various visual conditions, including nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism
- Develop treatment plans for patients, including prescribing glasses, contact lenses, and vision therapy
- Provide specialized vision therapy and visual training to patients with vision-related learning disabilities or issues
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Stay current on the latest advancements in optometry and vision care
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- License to practice optometry in the state of [insert state]
- Experience in therapy and visual training preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
