Position: General Contractor

Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled General Contractor to oversee construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management and be familiar with all aspects of the construction process. The General Contractor will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day operations of construction projects
• Overseeing all aspects of the construction process
• Working closely with project managers to ensure project goals are met
• Hiring and supervising subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Reviewing project plans and specifications
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders
• Maintaining a safe work environment

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experience working with subcontractors and vendors
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
