Position: Collection Attorney
United Recovery Systems is currently seeking a qualified Collection Attorney to join our team. The Collection Attorney will work closely with clients to recover outstanding debts through negotiation and legal action when necessary. This position requires a strong understanding of collections laws and regulations, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and evaluating client accounts to determine the best course of action for debt recovery
- Negotiating payment plans with debtors to facilitate repayment
- Filing legal actions against debtors when necessary
- Representing clients in court proceedings related to debt collection
- Advising clients on the legal implications of debt collection actions
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in [state where company operates]
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection or related legal field
- Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
