Clinic Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our team. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that all staff members are providing the highest level of care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies
• Collaborate with medical providers to optimize patient care and ensure patient satisfaction
• Monitor clinic operations and make recommendations for improvements
• Oversee billing and coding processes to ensure accurate and timely payment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
