Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and support to clients on matters related to Corporation & Partnership Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Living Trusts;
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and other legal agreements;
• Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner;
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings;
• Stay informed about changes in legislation and legal precedents that may affect clients;

Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited institution;
• Admission to the bar in the state where you will be practicing;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the areas of Corporation & Partnership Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Living Trusts;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong analytical and research skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
