We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Bartley Texas Builders Hardware Inc, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their hardware needs and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about our products. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in finding the right hardware products for their projects
• Processing sales transactions and handling cash and credit card payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers

2. Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate at Bartley Texas Builders Hardware Inc, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials within the warehouse. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and unloading shipments of materials
• Organizing and storing materials in the warehouse
• Picking and packing orders for delivery
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Prior experience in the hardware industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates. The ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service is essential. Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
