Position: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• PMP certification is a plus

Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are also looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our real estate sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive business growth
• Identify new sales opportunities and target markets
• Create promotional materials and advertising campaigns
• Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
