Texas Credit Motor Company is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Credit Union Manager. This role is crucial to the success of our organization and requires someone who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals.

Job Title: Credit Union Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the credit union, including customer service, lending, and financial transactions
• Develop and implement strategies to promote financial literacy among members
• Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure that all financial regulations and compliance standards are met
• Work closely with the board of directors to develop and implement long-term financial goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a credit union or financial institution
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving financial goals
