Position Available: Contract Manufacturing Specialist

We are currently looking for a Contract Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing contract manufacturing projects, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, and overseeing the production process to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Develop project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Monitor project progress and communicate with clients regularly
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or project management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
