Job Description:

As a general contractor at Kinley Corp, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed successfully. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in general contracting
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of delivering successful construction projects
