Position: Child Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

As a Child Care Assistant at ABC Learning Center, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to the children in our program. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, and group games
• Supervising children to ensure their safety at all times
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Communicating effectively with parents and other staff members
• Following all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred)
