Are you passionate about Latin American cuisine and eager to join a dynamic team? Pupuseria Emanuel is currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Pupuseria Emanuel, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients
• Cook food in various utensils or grillers
• Check food while cooking to stir or turn
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

2. Server

As a Server at Pupuseria Emanuel, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages
• Clean tables, remove dirty dishes, and replace tableware
