Are you passionate about Mediterranean cuisine and providing exceptional customer service? If so, Mary’z Mediterranean Cuisine is looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled line cook to assist in the preparation of our delicious Mediterranean dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and marinating meats
• Cooking and presenting dishes according to recipes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation

2. Waitstaff

We are also looking for friendly and attentive waitstaff to provide top-notch service to our customers. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Assisting customers with menu selections and answering questions about the dishes
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing personalized service

3. Dishwasher

We are in need of a diligent dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and organized. Responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashers
• Ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Following sanitation and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Successful candidates for all positions should possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
