We are seeking experienced Personal Injury Law Attorneys to join our reputable firm.

We are currently looking to expand our team with motivated and experienced Personal Injury Law Attorneys who share our commitment to excellence.

Position: Personal Injury Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to auto accidents, slip and fall incidents, and medical malpractice.
• Conduct thorough investigations into clients’ cases, gathering evidence and documentation to support their claims.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies or represent clients in court when necessary.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in which you will be practicing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
• Demonstrated success in representing clients in personal injury cases.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
