Position: Motel Front Desk Associate

As a Motel Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with information about the motel and its amenities
• Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with inquiries or reservations
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Position: Housekeeping Attendant

Our Housekeeping Attendants play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our motels. Your duties will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the management team
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the motel

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
