We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides:

Job Title: Home Health Aide

Location: Various locations across the United States

Responsibilities:

– Provide personal care services to clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
– Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
– Perform tasks related to clients’ physical and mental well-being, including medication reminders and companionship
– Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the supervising nurse or care coordinator
– Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals to ensure clients’ needs are met
– Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Completed a certified Home Health Aide training program
– Current CPR and First Aid certification
– Ability to pass a background check
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Reliable transportation
– Compassion and empathy towards the elderly and individuals with disabilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
