Position: Legal Service Plans Specialist

Job Description

As a Legal Service Plans Specialist at McKinnon Law, P, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and analyzing Legal Service Plans to determine the scope of coverage.
• Assisting clients in understanding their legal rights and obligations under the Plan.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal issues covered by the Plan.
• Preparing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Representing clients in legal proceedings, such as arbitration or mediation.
• Collaborating with other legal professionals within the firm to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction where the position is located.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in the field of Legal Service Plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
