Position: Licensed Professional Counselor

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team in providing high-quality counseling services to individuals of all ages. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting individual and group counseling sessions
• Providing crisis intervention and support
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participating in regular supervision and professional development activities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas
• Experience working in a mental health setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
