Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including misdemeanors and felonies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong defense strategy.
• Negotiate with prosecutors to reach plea agreements or dismissals.
• Prepare and argue motions in court.
• Interview witnesses and gather evidence to support clients’ cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal defense law.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
