Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, and recommend approval of mortgage loan applications
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, providing expert advice and recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Ensure all loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately
• Keep up-to-date on industry regulations and trends

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan officer
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of success in the mortgage industry
