Job Title:

Bankruptcy Law Attorney

Job Description:

• Provide legal representation to clients in bankruptcy proceedings
• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and other necessary documents
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of bankruptcy judges
• Analyze financial documents and advise clients on their legal options
• Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes
• Stay up-to-date on changes in bankruptcy law and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Prior experience in bankruptcy law is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
