Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment advisory or wealth management
• Proven track record of success in managing client portfolios and achieving investment targets
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Position: Real Estate Loans

Top Flite Financial is seeking experienced Real Estate Loan officers who are passionate about helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. As a Real Estate Loan officer, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage process and finding the best loan options to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting the right mortgage product based on their financial situation and goals
• Collect and analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process and provide ongoing support
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications and closing documents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other industry professionals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate lending or mortgage banking
• Knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing procedures
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing mortgage lending
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Loan officer license preferred
