Job Title: Loan Officer

Job Description

As a Loan Officer at Top One Mortgage Solutions, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses secure the right loans for their financial needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and financial situations, analyze their needs, and recommend the best loan options available to them.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
• Meet with clients to discuss loan options and explain the loan process
• Guide clients through the application process and ensure all necessary documents are submitted
• Review loan agreements to ensure they are complete and accurate according to policy

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of loan products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is preferred
