We are Hiring General Practice Attorneys

We are currently seeking passionate and skilled General Practice Attorneys to join our team. As a General Practice Attorney at Calehr & Associates, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal issues, providing comprehensive legal services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to delivering high-quality legal representation and who possess excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, real estate transactions, family law, and more
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide sound legal advice to clients
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other legal correspondence
• Appear in court to advocate for clients and represent their interests
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on general practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Client-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional legal services
