Clinic Receptionist

As a Clinic Receptionist at Clinic Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
• Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and filing

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
