Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess patients’ visual acuity and overall eye health
• Diagnose and treat eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration
• Perform surgical procedures, including cataract surgery, LASIK, and corneal transplants
• Prescribe medications and other treatments to manage eye-related issues
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
• Stay current with advancements in ophthalmology and participate in continuing education activities

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Board certification in ophthalmology
• Valid state medical license to practice as a Physician & Surgeon
• Strong surgical skills and experience in ophthalmic procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
