Position: Loan Officer

Job Description

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of real estate or credit loans.
• Advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments.
• Review and update credit and loan files.
• Prepare reports to inform clients or secure approval.
• Maintain current knowledge of all applicable regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
