Available Position: Social Services Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

– Develop and implement social service programs to assist community members in need
– Coordinate with local organizations and agencies to provide resources and support to individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, food insecurity, and mental health issues
– Conduct assessments to determine the needs of community members and create individualized plans for assistance
– Maintain accurate records of services provided and track progress of clients
– Collaborate with volunteers and team members to ensure the smooth operation of social service programs
– Participate in community outreach events to raise awareness about available resources and programs

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
– Previous experience in social services or community outreach preferred
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
– Knowledge of local resources and support services
– Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards those in need
