We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Servers

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

2. Cooks

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes following traditional recipes and presentation guidelines
• Monitor food supplies and ingredients to ensure freshness and quality
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

3. Dishwashers

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
• Assist with kitchen prep work as needed
• Follow sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment
