We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service
• Manage and motivate a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culinary techniques is an asset
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
