About the Role

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, with experience handling a wide range of cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, and more.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, adoption, and more.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Prepare and file legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Appear in court on behalf of clients.
• Keep clients informed of the status of their case.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively.
