Position: Medical Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
• Conduct patient intake procedures, including measuring vital signs and updating medical history
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
• Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare provider
• Perform various medical procedures, such as EKGs and phlebotomy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications
• Assist with medical office administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program and certification required
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
