We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a Mental Health Counselor at Rice Glenda L, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and be a part of a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Job Title: Mental Health Counselor

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting individual, group, and family counseling sessions
• Assessing clients’ mental health needs and developing treatment plans
• Providing crisis intervention and support to clients in need
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participating in team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of counseling theories and techniques
