Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide individual counseling sessions to clients
• Develop treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific needs
• Monitor clients’ progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling psychology or related field
• Licensed as a professional counselor in the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a counseling setting preferred
