Legal Service Plans:

Our Legal Service Plans department is dedicated to providing cost-effective and comprehensive legal solutions to individuals and businesses. We are looking for experienced professionals who are adept at managing legal service plans and ensuring that clients receive high-quality legal assistance when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement legal service plans for clients
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing legal service plans
• Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing their legal service plans
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of legal services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal service plan management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attorneys:

Our team of experienced attorneys is dedicated to providing top-notch legal representation to our clients. We are looking for motivated and talented attorneys who are passionate about advocating for our clients’ rights and interests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law
• Demonstrated track record of success in litigation and negotiations

Arbitration Services:

Our Arbitration Services department is responsible for resolving legal disputes through arbitration and mediation. We are looking for skilled arbitrators and mediators who are committed to facilitating fair and efficient dispute resolution processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct arbitrations and mediations to resolve legal disputes
• Ensure compliance with arbitration rules and procedures
• Work with parties to reach amicable settlements
• Provide written decisions and awards in arbitration cases

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Law or related field
• Certification as an arbitrator or mediator
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in arbitration and mediation
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
