Position Responsibilities:

• Create beautiful and innovative floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.
• Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and suggestions.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by handling them with care and following proper storage and handling procedures.
• Ensure that the floral shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new design ideas, stay updated on industry trends, and participate in training sessions to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role, with a strong passion for flowers and creative design.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, greens, and fillers, as well as various floral arranging techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
