We Are Hiring: Legal Service Plans Specialist

At Houstoncityservers, we are currently looking for a Legal Service Plans Specialist to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of legal service plan clients, ensuring their legal needs are met promptly and effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering any questions they may have and guiding them through the legal process
• Work closely with our team of attorneys and legal professionals to ensure that clients receive the best possible representation
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and update client files as needed
• Stay up-to-date on legal developments and communicate relevant information to clients

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the legal field, with knowledge of legal processes and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
