Insco Distributing is currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Insco Distributing, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of heating and air conditioning equipment and systems to contractors and businesses in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities
– Provide product information and technical support to customers
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

– Previous sales experience in the HVAC industry preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of heating and air conditioning equipment and systems

2. Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate at Insco Distributing, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing heating and air conditioning equipment and systems in our warehouse facility.

Responsibilities:

– Receive and inspect incoming shipments
– Pick and pack orders for delivery
– Maintain inventory accuracy
– Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness

Requirements:

– Previous warehouse experience preferred
– Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects
