• Home Improvements Specialist
• Building Construction Consultant
• Altering & Remodeling Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

Home Improvements Specialist:

• Consult with clients to understand their home improvement needs
• Create customized plans and designs for home improvement projects
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to execute projects efficiently
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Building Construction Consultant:

• Provide expert advice on building construction projects
• Review architectural plans and specifications
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work
• Collaborate with contractors and architects to ensure successful project completion

Altering & Remodeling Contractor:

• Manage altering and remodeling projects from start to finish
• Oversee subcontractors and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail

Qualifications:

To be considered for a position at All Under One Roof, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
