Job Description

We are currently seeking a Contract Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contract manufacturing process, from initial project planning to final product delivery. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the contract manufacturing process, including project planning, supplier selection, production coordination, and quality control
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop custom manufacturing solutions that meet their needs
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, taking proactive steps to address them
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure that all project requirements are met
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or project management
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools
