Fire Protection Equipment & Supplies Specialist

Brooks Equipment Co is a leading provider of fire protection equipment and supplies, serving customers nationwide since 1941. We are currently seeking a Fire Protection Equipment & Supplies Specialist to join our team in providing top-notch products and solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right fire protection equipment and supplies for their specific needs
• Provide product recommendations and technical expertise to support customer inquiries
• Process orders accurately and timely to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate product delivery and resolve any issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Participate in training sessions to further enhance product knowledge and skillset

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fire protection equipment industry
• Strong technical background with knowledge of fire suppression systems, extinguishers, and related products
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with a team and independently manage tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
